Intercultural Competency Assessment ICABS
We developed a diagnostic measuring openness, tolerance for ambiguity, and communication apprehension to support global leadership and team effectiveness.
The instrument combined self-reflection items and behavioral indicators, producing individualized feedback reports that visualized strengths, blind spots, and next-step recommendations.
Outcome: global project teams used the data to tailor communication and collaboration workshops, increasing cross-cultural alignment and trust across 14 countries.
Instructional Design Competency Framework & Assessment
We created a comprehensive Instructional Design Competency Model with 42 competencies structured along four maturity levels — general, operational, tactical, and strategic.
The assessment captures self- and manager ratings across these competencies, while the automated report provides:
  • personalized summaries of strengths and development areas,
  • coaching questions that guide reflection, and
  • development activities and learning suggestions directly linked to each competency.

This system forms the foundation for instructional design capability-building, internal career pathing, and learning project planning.
